Just listening to the Beyer at Fabric set now.. I hope he doesn't play quite like this at Awakenings fest.
Ideally he will say "hope that wasn't too soft for you!?" to me after his set like he did last time I saw him in Montreal. (he played a great set that night too!)

I'm listening to the fabric set right now too and it's pretty soft, even for "new Beyer" - I'm thinking probably because fabric is more a tech house venue than a techno or minimal techno one. This set has a techy feel but not the usual Beyer fare at all.
