cheers mangz... I used genuine ( not that peak controller thingy ) sidechain compression with waves C1... bit of a pain in the ass to set it all up mangz in FL Studio

yeah.. i think most people confuse sidechain compression with 'ducking' the amplitude of the bassline with the beat.. i do the former.

Yeah, he probably wrote the melody on his laptop.. maybe the bass, but I can guarentee most of it was done in a proper studio.
