Case in point: My wife was back-stabbed by colleague last year - or so she thought. She was so angry she couldn't speak to him, until the day she mustered up the courage to do so. Apparently the guy had a completely different version of the facts (and a plausible one, no less) and broke down into tears when he noticed how devastated ma petite was. They drifted away because of that (they used to be quite close), but it comes to show there's a different way of seeing things.

Now, if he does know he was a jerk to you, and you let him know, what did he tell you? Intent matters quite a lot.

Its too complicated to get into details. Lets just say when i caught him I could see the guilt and self disgust on him and his gfs face. They felt like dicks. I drank all their wine and bounced back home to do some more research on the matter. Then found out they got scammed out of 80 k. I sent them an email to let them know, they got duped and I said I'm telling you this because I am a friend, this is how you handle the situation and proceeded to explain. Anyways I doubt they listened to my advice and figured I was raining on their parade so they probably went through with it. serves them right. He did try to put the blame on me at one point but that was just him trying to defend his position, seconds later he said he'll pay me some of the money (not now that he fucked himself out ok 80k).

Anyways we will see if he shows up to my bday festivities in 2 weeks. He better not. I doubt he can afford a drink at this point anyways.

The mature side of me figures he has paid enough. 80k plus his closest friend (but lets be honest people care less and have less friends as they get older anyways). But there is also this ghetto side of me that wants to do something in retaliation. A side that says "You are no bitch don't let people treat you like one." I had to go to the gym today and hit the heavy bag for 1 hour just to get the anger out of me.

Ice it. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, repeat. And take a couple extra strength ibuprofen, and continue to take them every 4-6 hours. The sooner you can decrease inflammation, the better.

Nobody knows how to treat a sprain. Expertise required.
