keyboard is in the slide out thingy right beneath the top of my desk. i had fruityloops but that didnt' really work out. so i've been doin some stuff in the studio that my school provides. we get free studio time w/ the classes we take. also, i got lucky and one of my friends boyfriends works in another production studio, so i've just started collaborating with him about a week ago. we also get to use all that stuff for free as well. i'm still a beginner at producing but it'll be a lot of fun eventually. the only programs that ive been using on my computer for music have been soundforge (to record my mixes) and cdex ( to rip the wav files to mp3's). eventually i'm gonna get some programs and a synth and attempt at producing at home. gonna borrow my brothers g4.

yeah i got rid of those str8-80s only 5 months after i began spinning. the techs were just sooo much better when i was spinning with them at the club here and other gigs, i just had to do the switch. i'm sure the str8-100s are better than the 80s but still not as good as the techs. maybe you can get used to them though...
Yes thats right I use the Bose speakers mix dial as my mixer. Luckily the handytrax lets me actual play what vinyl I have so I'm on my way to an awesome set up =)
Man that furniture is the exact same shit we had in my dorm... I guess it is probably pretty common tho.
