da ich eh nie mit euerem neuigkeiten wahn hinterher komm räum ich mal das feld von hinten auf:



also gegen die vielen kritiken muss ich sagen, WOW!!!
eigentlich vollkommen abgedreht aber zugleich auch sehr konsequent!
tracks wo man nur denkt aber dann auch wieder fast garkeine tracks, die hebt er sich nämlich alle für seine sets auf
türlich kommts nicht an airdrawndagger ran, aber ist fast im grunde genauso lecker zu hören wie involver. 8/10





ganz ehrlich? ich konnt noch nie wirklich viel mit digweed anfangen, seine GU empfand ich verglichen mit den anderen knapp am durchschnitt. seine sets mehr öde als schön... aber DIESE cd hat was. ich weiß nach 2 mal hören noch nicht was, aber der opener und alles insgesamt ist LECKER! perfekter sommersound!

aber ich krieg angst! ich werd voll zum prog-bunny! bin ich nur zu faul guten trance noch zu suchen da mir 75% eh zu kitschig ist??? ihr ganzen fachmänner gibts denn nix mehr was nach der alten schule produziert ist???

ich muss sagen das ging mir vor längerer zeit genauso, ich hab gemerkt das ich trance zunehmend langweilig finde, auch weil der natürliche progress des trance IMHO in keine gute richtung gegangen ist.
zu minimal, zu langweilig, ein paar verträumte synthigitarren und 0815harmonien machen keinen guten trance. wo bleiben die opulenten meisterwerke, die genialen melodien, die stilbrüche die sich zum trend weiterentwickeln? warum ist trance so kitschig geworden?
ich war damals auf der suche nach "dem" sound, und das schwere, deepe an prog hat mich so umgehauen. ich hoffe trance wird mal wieder besser...

edit: nicht das einer denkt ich mag keine minimalistische musik, nein ich liebe sie, aber doch bitte nicht bei trance!

naja, solange mir prog zusagt ist alles in ordnung

aber nochmal zum thema: wenn nicht zu minimal, dann zu opulent? dieses ganz Superstrings zeugs ist doch auch nur kitschig
