heh. is that rudds lot? TBH, our election will be interesting as it's the biggest uncertainty in a long time and chances of a hung parliament grow by the day as nobody really wants labour to win again but the conservatives aren't exactly helping themselves or their image all the time, choosing mostly to just oppose labour rather than set out their own stall. On the other hand, minority parties like the bnp are going to do much better and the liberal democrats who are traditionally the 3rd biggest and have been growing each time just don't seem to have the presence to make a big stand, which is a shame as they have a lot of the better ideas generally. However, i've not registered myself to vote this time as I'm so apathetic to the causes, I don't think it matters who gets in, we're fucked bigtime anyway, which started with the conservatives under/after thatcher and continued since. |
Rudd got elected because he promised a change. Even I believed him when he got elected.
Now almost 3 years down the track they haven't done most things and whatever they have tried to do, they've failed miserably with.
It's bad decision after bad decision.
I don't like to call myself a Liberal because then I'm classified as a one party voter but fucking hell, I might have to become a staunch Coalition supporter when you consider how shitty Labor is.
Don't even get me started on the NSW Labor government. If ever there was a perfect example of 15 years of total and utter idiocy, there it is.
You know Sydney in NSW, Australia, arguably one of the greatest jewels on the planet as thought by quite a large amount of people? Yea well, no more. It will implode sooner or later and the reasons why would cover an entire thesis. To fail so miserably with a city like Sydney deserves nothing less than the death penalty for the entire party. Human failure on that scale is shameful to the 4000-5000 years of civilization we have recorded.
