I have dealt with things like this before. What does the window at the top of your pop-up ad say? Google that name/title and I guarantee you will find other people who have had the same problem and how they fixed it. Most people with your problem would post their HiJackThis log (a free program you can download that gives you a log of the programs/processes your computer is currently running) on an IT forum (like Daniweb.com, bleepingcomputer.com, etc). People (computer experts who volunteer their time) will analyze your log and tell you exactly how to fix it. Believe me, a lot of these spyware and trojans require "manual" fixing/deleting of files that many programs out there can't do. Let me know if you need more guidance.
On a side note, you can't blame Euphoria for uploading these sets. I think all of us are very appreciative of Euphoria taking her time to post these sets and I don't believe you feel any differently. I know it sucks when something like this happens to you though, but it's "download at your own risk" and you should know better.
