We never had chickens, but my chores were pretty similar. We had about an acre or so, and I had to keep the grass relatively mown, and keep the plants pruned. And to fight back the ever-advancing jungle on one side of the property. Cleaning out the gutters all the time, fixing the shitty fence along the front. Chase the rogue cows/horses away (and peacocks, whut, stupid bloody things. They shit EVERYWHERE you could possibly think of walking/hanging clothes/anything). Ah, so many memories
