That's true to a point. It's all mind over matter, though. I decided that trying to quit smoking while being severely cracked out/hungover is a terrible idea. I'm gonna take this week to unwind from WMC, then I'm gonna give the quitting a shot. Natalie is already a couple days into it and she's OK (so far). I'm just doing my best to keep the smokes out of the house so she's not tempted.
Yes, once addicted, always addicted. But there are ways to combat that addiction without substituting something else.
