On a note related to casper, what the fuck is up with white ghetto girls nicknaming themselves that. I knew two girls in HS that went by the nickname casper.

How black were they? |
They were pretty ghettorific and pale white. I can't even remember either of their first names. I knew one in 9th grade and another in like 11th or 12th. They'd tag all their shit "casper". It was like ghetto white trash. I think they were bused in from one of the podunk little towns outside of the city (look up Graham, WA lol horrible place).

Yeah, I think that's called a "tag name." Those were big in the 90s, we used to use permanent markers to tag trucks and walls. I could never come up with a good tag name, but my uncle had a nice one, "dosey" or something, and was a good artist, too. I'm sure it's all been whitewashed by now. |
Yea, I know it's a tag name. But it just was a strange one and seemed fairly popular.
Also fuck tagging with markers and shit. I am all for street art, but like tagging shit with a fucking marker is just petty vandalism with no artistic merit.

Lake effect snow is scary. Buffalo, which is only one hour west of here just set an all time US record for snowfall in 24 hours with 72 inches. They're expecting another 2-3 feet tonight-tomorrow and some suburbs have reported over 7 feet so far. People's roofs are collapsing and the entire thruway from Rochester through Buffalo down to the PA border is closed with hundreds of cars trapped on it. Crazy. You never really think of snowfall causing so much damage. I think 8 people have died as of this morning.
