I think the difference is that you (women) actually do it. I don't know a guy who doesn't enjoy looking around and seeing everything clean. He just hates the steps to get there.

Surprisingly, I know a lot more slob women than men. However, when men are pigs, they're REALLY pigs.

True, also women slobs just add that level of "wtf"ness to it because, well you don't think of them that way.
My friends sister... ugh her room used to make me get queasy.

I think Jenny is right: I am a RealDoll... or I'm just dead. During a random two hour trip to the grocery store at 2am, we checked our blood pressure at one of those blood pressure stations. Everyone else got a normal reading, but when I tried it told me my heart rate was between 58-63 (the higher number being AFTER I ran around in a circle); I tried it again and got 0.
I am the living dead.

Two things seem to correlate, but I am not 100% on this. The cleanliness of a chicks car appears to be a direct reflection of how she generally lives. Not sure about guys, but it probably is similar.

My car is deceptively clean

Nothing abnormal about that at all (except for the zero reading...but machines are often faulty). Also, that's your pulse, not your blood pressure.

Likewise, I think it's also obvious that I'm a bloke. I'm not exactly a pig but, whenever I take a look at my flat and I think it needs cleaning, I feel it's such a waste of time that I just call the cleaning lady.

Yeah I want to hire a cleaning lady. It's ok when I have a lot of free time, but when I'm working + going to school I don't get the house clean as often as I'd like. Weekly cleans turn into monthly ones, and I hate hate hate that.

I reckon it's hard to find a cleaning lady you trust. There's a company from where I live that charges 15$ and they're awesome because it's actually a team of cleaning ladies that tidy up your flat in an hour or so.
However, before that, the sister of my family's cleaning lady (I live on my own) worked here, she was terrible and, when I told her I wouldn't need to hire her for a while, she nicked my camera.
And she wonders why she can't get a job for more than a couple of months
