Huntsman spiders aren't poisonous (to humans). I usually just relocate them by putting a bowl or something over them so they're trapped against the wall, and them slide some cardboard or a book under it so they're trapped inside the bowl. Take them outside and toss them into the garden.
If you're referring to those bird-eating spiders though... Well, they're only really outside, and aren't in the way. If they make a web that's in the way, you just take it down with a stick. They usually get the idea and go make it somewhere else. They're not common at all down here though. Golden Orb Weavers, on the other hand
