I don't mean to bring down the tone of the thread or anything, but I have just found out that one of my good friends from back home passed away last night.
All I know at the moment, is that she complained about chest pains a few days ago and that she was found, having passed away in her room last night.
I'm totally shocked and rather fucking upset (yeah that's right, Matt has emotions).
I'm not entirely sure why I'm posting it here, maybe because all my friends and family are miles away and I don't have anywhere else to vent my emotions. But whatever, feel free to ignore.
She was only 23.
Far too young to leave.
I'll miss you Claire

Sorry to hear that man
Do you know if she had any family history of heart disease? It's the specilisation that I currently work with (cardiovascular disease) and sadly it can be more common than people would like. Never makes it easier though. Always tragic to hear yet another story of a young person passing away because of heart problems.

ugh, my mind feels like it's racing. i can't fucking focus on anything as of lately. just too much shit going on all at the same time. i kinda wish things were just already outlined for me and i had a solid path to walk down. i feel like instead of having a pathway, i'm just standing in an open field, and can't figure out where to go.....if i should be going anywhere at all.

last night was the first night i had trouble sleeping. i was sleepy, but not able to keep my mind from thinking about everything. i eventually jerked off, and that helped lol

Since you're in the AF, you can probably see a therapist for almost free - I'd do so, because that sounds like a very familiar form of anxiety. You may be able to get stuff like Lunesta/Ambien, etc. for it.
I'm basically ready to blame tectonic activity for the suspicious rise in mental woes affecting so many people as of late.

Haha, usually does.
I did that a couple weeks ago. I was laying there forever and finally decided to wank even though I really didn't want to. Completed the task and passed out lol.

i'm taking some leave from today thru wednesday...buddy of mine and i are going hiking up at the black mesa again...hoping it helps clear my head a little.
just a lot of stuff seems to be happening all at once. kinda sucks.

Yeah, when it rains, it pours, etc. Spending time with friends and family will definitely give you a better take on whatever's affecting you.
