Everything I've read says it's not generally known to be infectious. I was in boxers after a shower and one roommate was like, "dude you've got a rash or something".
I'm pretty sure they're mostly joking, they're good friends of mine.
Maybe I'll just use it to creep people out at the pool. The rash in general lasts for 6 weeks - 3 months, so I'm sure it'll be around for a while.

Just wear a rash vest, and no one other than your roomies will be creeped out

So I've yet to get diagnosed officially, but I'm next to positive I've got Pityriasis Rosea after doing some research.
Right at the start of pool and beach season too. It looks pretty gross although it doesn't itch or hurt at all.
I'm actually relieved, when I first noticed the rash I thought it was something really serious.
I've had that twice now Currently going through the second time of it. Looks disgusting but is fine otherwise. Gets really red when I'm working out or hot. Spread all over my chest and abdomen and a little bit down the top of my legs. It's irritating but meh.

Yaayyyy Lews, we can be buddies!
I'm still considering going to the dermatologist / doctor to rule anything else out, but honestly, it's spot on with all my symptoms. It also seems there's basically nothing you can do other than deal with it and wait it out, so yeah... I dunno.
It would also explain the upper respiratory tract infection I had for a few days right after WMC, since when I went to the doctor for that he just said he had no clue what was causing it.

You saying we weren't buddies before this?
Meh, you might as well go, just to make suer. I've gone to the doctor both times and they said there was nothing they could do except give me some steroid cream that would make the itching go away, if I had any. Considering I haven't had any itching (I think it's a rare symptom)
Tell me if they give you anything that helps
