hell yeah fuck that. good move hal. if its not a 50-50 partnership re the risk then no way you wanna make it easy for her to take half if things went south sometime down the track. get all the utilities in your name too. there are always de facto laws though, but that would depend on which jurisdiction you're in and i'd have no idea what the laws would be in Emoville.
