My file size is about the same, though, since the 7 hr is only 96kb/s.

I'll post it up when I get a chance. BTW, what sites will allow an upload of 300 MB without a membership/subscription. I really don't feel like cutting this file and yousendit is now down to 100 MB from 1 GB and Megaupload is 250 MB.
