haha. my bike is off in today to get checked out. It's probably fine but it's due a service anyway, been 11 months since one and since I can't ride it anyway cos of my shoulder which needs resting, it makes sense to make use of this time, adding a new gear cable too. It is helping me though. I monitor my bodyfat using a machine in boots stores and it's dropped significantly since I've been riding again. In the last 10 months, i've lost 11kg of weight but 7kg of that was pure bodyfat.
