At 74 inches, 205 isn't overweight - yet. But I felt heavy and wasn't happy about it.
Shedding this 20 and cutting up definitely feels great. Now I know what the big deal is about stepping on a scale and finding out your hard work has paid off. Another 5 to level out at 180 and I'm good.
