There are a few events websites in Japan do exactly this where the promoter fills out a form for those details and it gets automatically posted. It worked super well.
Crowd-sourced is the way to go as opposed to one person keeping track of a ton events. I've done that in the past for the DC scene, posting a calendar of every EDM event I knew of in a given week but the promoter automatically posting to a calendar is way more sustainable.
