quote: | Nathan Belomy Artist Statement
As an artist, I seek to create works that represent this world. My deep connection with society allows me to absorb my surroundings and capture the energy onto a canvas. Massively popular artwork, even my first oil painting was a success. My artwork is meant for galleries, when posted on line I get a fiver of people wishing to buy with little advertisement.
I deserve gallery representation. My abstract art is more intense then others and my prestige regarding my work is superior. As I wish my paintings to be sold, they consistently sell, no issues with that. But if my art doesn't reach people in masses then I have failed. For to travel each city and setup shop to distribute my art will be almost impossible, but achievable with our modern Internet and phone communications.
Why am I an artist you ask? For being an artist is nearly impossible; the challenge is paramount to climbing mount everest. Many try, few achieve victory. It takes careful strategy, instinct and execution to achieve both goals. Many artists play the game of local success, but who ventures to national and international success? For that is the game I'm playing, reaching my art to a global audience to influence the world in a positive manner.
My eventual goal as an artist is to design structured rehabilitation programs that empower individuals who lack the motivation for work / success. Through education and work programs, and medical treatment, I believe every individual on this planet can be successful and useful to our society.
As my grandfather was an entrepreneur, so am I. While my art is fantastic, it is merely a vessel to millions of dollars to achieve even higher goals. Art is to put my name out their, to make me have the power to influence and change this world. Once I have more status within the society, I can empower the people and change the world.
Sincerely,
Nathan P. Belomy
