most of the guys I used to wheel with did the rears to the tail lights and the fronts to the top of the engine compartment, right under the cowl. I knew one guy who re-routed his rears up to the front and then ran both of them up with his snorkle... of course he had an old CJ6 that was only used for wheeling so he didn't care much for the looks of it, given how pretty yours is and that it is your daily driver I imagine you'll want to keep the lines internal. Running the rear up to the front and to the top of the engine compartment would give you the best possible clearance but requires a whole lot of line... no off the shelf kit.
