thats not true, the loading phase is done so you have a certain amount of creatine in your body at a time for it to work at its full, that amount of creatine slowly gets used, and you need to add more daily.
imagine not doing the loading phase it would take you for ever to get that right amount of creatine in your body, and in return your wasted all the hard on dollars on a product which isnt giving you all that much in return.

Thats seriously overkill, espically since your body can only process about 25 grams of protien at one time. So thats about 8 meals with protien, or about 3 meals with meat and 5 shakes a day.
It should be about 1 gram of protien per pound.

pro bodybuilders consume 2.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, which is spread across 6 meals. very little of their protein intake is from protein shakes or bars.

Its a big debate with protein. But body can definately process more then 25 grams of protein at each meal. Thats fo sure. I usually aim for 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb. Works for me
