What is the best way to get from schipol to amsterdam is there a train station etc. and then whats again is the best way to get to arnhem.

Yes, you can get to Amsterdam Central Station from Schiphol easily by train (multiple times an hour).. But if you want to get to Arnhem directly you'd be better off going to Duivendrecht (another train station in Amsterdam) and be changing trains there.
