The original version from 1970 is Tim Buckley - Song to The Siren but it has been remixed, remade and the vocals have been used more than enough over the years by such artists as This Mortal Coil (1983), Ratty (2000), Lost Witness (2001), Vengeance (2001), Barraka (2002),....
I have seen the trailer of the "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 Remake" and i'm not sure which version it was there. I believe its Tim Buckley's original because it fits into the time of the movie. It happens in the early 70s so Song To The Siren could be playin even on the radio there at that time..
