Manny poses an interesting query. if space didnt bring in all the international dj talent would one still go? i would answer it this way...probably not very much, except to go to the terrace in the mornings every once and awhile, i would most likely avoid the mainroom.. but at the same time i dont think it would be the same experience of seeing sander, tiesto, ferry, edgar, markus(hes played his best sets there) at another club in miami, space just has that mystique about it and djs seem to bring their best there, and not to mention they can pretty much go as long as they want, where anywhere else the show is over at 5am... then again nocturnal opening changes the downtown clubbing landscape, so my opinion could change...************ ive had some of the best times of my life at space, but i think the club has seen its zenith, and its on the decline presently..its like anything in history what rises, must fall, i think the same paradigm applies to nightclubs.. just my two cents
