wow , life sure does suck for you doesn't it? i mean, jeez, $170 that's like totally the end of the world...man, life's just awful!
at least you still have your license and you can still drive. i didn't update my tags for an out of state license plate in time, and i lost driving priveleges for SIX FUCKING MONTHS (plus pay to get the tags put on late). i didn't get into an accident, i wasn't drnk. i wasn't speeding. i didn't endanger anyone's life. all because of some document that was expired.
be thankful you didn't injur anyone (or yourself) majorily and that no one is suing you for damages because of "wreckless" driving.
