1. Cristian Ketelaars
Cristian Ketelaars, 19 years old, is becoming one of the important Trance DJs from the Polish Scene. His technical skills are amazing and impress people !
Born in Poznan, he made a lot of bootlegs, mashups which received a lot of positive feedbacks from the DJ Elite. Neverthless he's still striving for excellence by working hard on fine-tuning tracks.
Countless exclusive productions not available for other dj's, along with high technique skills, presented by 4-cdjs sets with a lot of mixing, sampling and live-mashuping, plus amazing interaction with the crowd make his every performance a big, unique, unforgettable, high profile and in demand show. Otherwise most important thing for Cristian in his sets is the crowd, because its energy can motivate him for further work.
Since january 2009, every sundays, we can tune in for the newest episode of his banging and innovatory radio show called "Proggy Globe". It is broadcasted on 8 differents radio stations.
Cristian's "Proggy Globe" is like nothing else You have heard before. The expanded show became very interesting and unusual complement (focused on more relaxing side of EDM) of the live artistic performances. Cristian Ketelaars has not only invited interesting guests to co-host the PG, but also has been invited by many leading dj's from the music world to perform stunting guestmixes across the world.
In 2009, he achieved position no. 8 in the Polish DJ's vote poll on TheDjList.com - the biggest dj directory in the world. And with the second half of this year ahead it seems the things are only going to be bigger and better - more productions, live sets, and fun without saving the power and time to work for his success.
2. Martin Muller
In the past, Martin Muller listened during many years "Sunshine Live", a famous national radio station which plays Dance music. With this help, Martin decided to define Trance as his favourite electronic music.
At this time he found online radioshows like "A State Of Trance" by Armin Van Buuren or "Trance Around The World" by Above & Beyond. And so Martin entered more and more into the Trance Scene. Later he started mixing tracks together, made short edits, and send guestmixes for some radioshows. More and more people said that they're pleased to hear him and wanted more. In late 2007, Martin launched his first radioshow thanks to Ant Attwood and Mark from Party107 who gave him his chance.
In 2008 Martin decided to have a new monthly radio show : "Tic Tac Trance" with Melodic Progressive and Uplifting style.
3. DJ Cosmos
DJ Cosmos is a Moroccan born dj and he moved a few years ago to Canada for his studies and career. He has always been interested in all kinds of music since he was a child , he actually says that he don't remember at what age he started to listen to his father's cassettes.. but he do remember when he started mixing , it was back in 2001 when he discovered that 2 MP3 files can be mixed using only a computer and a software.. "Cosmos : I was amazed !, i didn't sleep that night, i tried to mix all my collection of MP3's, and the next day i already recorded my first remix of Safri Duo's - Played-a-live, believe me it was one of the worst remixes ever !! i just kept looping some percussion rythmes i picked in another song while played-a-live was turning... ".
After some exercices, questions, tutorials, and advices , he started to learn some skills and to develop his own style, Trance, Tech-Trance and Progressive were his favourites. In the last years he has been called Trance-Engineer by his fellows and started to have some loyal fans who encouraged him to go farther in his passion, and Montreal is the perfect place to follow the electronic dream as he says..
DJ Cosmos today is a DJ who has been seen in many places in Montreal , and played in several interesting gigs (Cirque du soleil's Formula 1's Private Party, Molson Dry night in the Old Port, Unicef's Night for african children...) and been Broadcasted many times in some electronic music radios as XLtrax or Ah.Fm...
He has been famous specially for his surprising mashups and for the rush of energy he spreads on the crowds during his mixes, but now he says that it's time for Music Production so he can share his creativity with his public.
