Bring back review for new members.

Been suggested a million times already, and again I'm sure it's yet another suggestion that Swamper will probably pay no attention to - But fucks sake, how many times is this "trance voice" character going to reregister to spam his site? How many new alts is Nou going to create this week?

There has been an insane number of ALT's in c0r and a disgusting amount of spam throughout the forums - What is it going to take to get it to stop?

I can think of one, simple solution.

There is like 1 or 2 spammers a day now.. tops... and it's much more beneficial to give new members instant access to post instead of waiting hours for access (by which time 75% don't feel like posting whatever they felt like before).

So, it'll remain as is.
