This is the only track that remains to be ID'd from Oakey's 1993 Essential Mix. In different playlists flying around it is sometimes listed as:

Wild Colour - Let it Rain.

It only makes sense because 'let it rain' vocals are, indeed, at the beginnig of the track. But that's it. I've never found a track under this name that is even similar. And Wild Colour (Oakey and Osborne) released only one single under this alias: Dreams. I guess it's just some error.
