It does sound a bit similar to Cre8, but it's neither the Original mix nor Mirco De Govia's remix.

I'm pretty sure that it's something from 2005 onwards; Phynn himself posted a tracklist here, and left it as an ID (track 4). So it was either a soon to be released production, or perhaps a still unreleased work from one of his mates (similar to track 1 - Jonas Steur's 'Propylon - Shadows From The Past').
