Virtually all Re:Locate productions are spot on, i'm never one for buying artist albums though, much prefer to pick up any samplers or vinyl releases

I just love Rogue en Samburu.
I haven't heard any of the other tunes yet, but I'm really looking forward to this album. It's going to rock.

She says "Three hits a day at 35 per", you say "That's seven tricks a day at least", but she says "Sometimes I get lucky. Once this guy gives me a bill-and-half just to eat me, only time I ever came".
You figure you can save her. You sell your color tv, that keeps her off the streets a whole day. You hawk your typewriter for one jolt. Then your shotgun, your watch. A week later you say "Listen I'm a little short", but she says "No scratch, no snatch". You say "Look it is better to give", but she says "Beat off creep".
One night they spot you on the street in your skibbies trying to sell your shoes. You tell them who you are, but they nail you. Then she happens by and she says "Christ you look fucked", she says "Hang tough!". But you don't say anything, you just think "what a bum rap for a nice, sensitive guy like me".

Definitely buying this; more because of the first album sampler with Sobre Saliente & Rogue , which is one of the best tunes this year. Cant wait for Vinyl-Sampler 2 with Spirit on it. Havent heard all trax so far, most peeps say that Samburu roxx , will have to check it out when my package has arrived.

I wasn't expecting very much out of this album to be honest, but it does sounds pretty good.

I especially liked "Sobre Saliente", which was made together with Jonas Steur. But there's also a couple of nice tracks like the one that's produced with Menno de Jong, "Spirit" really makes it for me. "Waterfall" is average like "Rouge", "Absoluum", "Placebo" and "Silver Morning Sun".

Nice tracks:

"Sobre Saliente" (featuring Jonas Steur)
"Spirit" (featuring Menno de Jong)
"Jetstream" (featuring Thomas Bronzwaer)

Crappy album, bad as it is he put old tracks to cover up the new wanna be tracks. Samburu sucks! Its just a attempt to sound like fred baker or mr. sam. Only tracks actually good are Sobre Saliente, Typhoon, Waterfall, Absoluum. Then many people liked "Spirit/Alcatraz/Rogue"? Why not just listen to "Flyback / Rush Hour" basically the same thing.

It's a damn good album! It's a pitty that there are some edits on it, but on the other hand it's a great mix of old and new tracks to listen to. One of the best albums of the year! But I'm looking forward to the vinyl samplers with the new tracks!

haha i know. in fairness i grabbed the album last night & flicked through it, and the waterfall on here sounds shitty in comparison to the single version. the production has been 'improved' to fit in with the rest of the album but it loses alot of its power in doing so imo

will give it a proper listen/review soon
