To answer your questions:

Re-release <-- It's a mix between a new release and a re-release. It's basically the first "Peace" album, but comes with the 2 new singles "Iceflowers" & "Mercury Rising", with 2 additional live versions, a great new artwork plus the remixes (some of them were exclusively made for this release, i.e. Airwave Remix, DJ Shah Remix, Koris vs DJule Remix,...)

Are the track full lengths? <-- Yes, they mainly are. Some of the remixes were a little bit shortened, due to the length of the CD. Please check the microsite on www.offshore-music.com/york to see if the tracks are long enough (96kbps samples).
