hmmm, every Bjork remix I have come across is class! This one is no exception.

And I know it's not recent but Fischerspooner - Emerge (Junkie XL Remix)
Mark Dynamix played it a few nights back...it's so much better in a club! so pumpin'; awesome stuff!

..."feels good, looks good, sounds good"...

Karada - Last Flight (Robert Nickson remix) : quality trancer form one of our own!

Scott Bond vs Solar Stone - 3rd Earth (Marco V remix) : eeerrr... quite different from the original yet retains the alot of same elements - nice track, starting to grow on me!

Aurora ft Naimee Coleman - Sleeping Satellite (Super 8 Mix)

Well I heard the radio edit of this and I thought, while its a bit over the top, it's got heaps of remix potential. Super 8 have made not sound unlike their mix of Rush. It's a good tune but if someone knows of a more driving mix let me know. Has anyone heard the Rob Searle mix?

Posted by prodigy on Jul-23-2003 00:37:

yeah the rob searle mix is a bit harder but at the same time has that typical synth stab part in the breakdown making it cheesy and predictable and not worthy of buying! haha

thats my opinion, and personally - i prefer the original!

you know where this can be purchased??

thnkx

well I know you can buy the cd single in sanity with ONLY the searle mix for $4.99.

The super 8 mix was released on multiply and at the moment i think you can get it from dancegrooves. But if the single is in sanity, then no doubt the 12" will be in oz soon if not already.

Edit: the cdr doesn't have the full length original mix on it.

dunno how old this is but i love Dido feat. Rachel - Take My Hand (Brothers In Rhythm Remix).mp3

Posted by Pointy on Jul-24-2003 00:38:

Philby, you got a fucken corker there. Brilliant tune that, i jizzed 7 times when i first heard it. I love the chuggy sound to it, n just after the massive break where the beat comes thunderin back in, ahhhh bliss

Posted by Pointy on Jul-25-2003 02:16:

Crystal Lake feat. Barbie - Deep Rising (G and M Project Mix)
Ronski Speed - Iris (Original Mix)
Signum - Push Through
Sonorous - Second Sun (Kyau vs Albert Mix)
Starchaser - Falling Stars (Original Dub Mix)
Y-Traxx - Mystery Land (Fred Baker and Mr Sam Instrumental)

All quality, finally some new trance which i dig

tunes that are currently owning me....

Salt Tank - Eugina (Salt Tank's Reactivation Mix)
Ron van den beuken - Timeless (Original mix)
Mike shiver - Feelings (Cosmicman mix)
Ronald Van Geldren - Sustain (watch out for this one, massive follow up to "Proceed")
Pqm - You are sleeping (Pqm meets luke chable vocal mix)

Posted by Renegade on Jul-28-2003 09:47:

Salt Pervert - 5AM Soho (Different Gear K-Hole Mix)

So fucking cool.

Posted by Xavier on Jul-28-2003 10:48:

System F featuring Marc Almond- Soul on Soul (Original/Kay Cee/Barthezz remix)
before you say you cant stand the vocals, you have to be a fan of Marc Almond in the 80s, to really appreciate the vocals. Soul on Soul owns me.

Conjure One - Centre of the sun (Junkie XL mix)

do your self a favour and grab this ! up there with the top tracks of 03, if not the best.

Posted by escee on Jul-30-2003 04:01:

that JXL track is pretty average imo. Its good but defineatly not best ive heard in 03

Posted by SQ-K on Jul-30-2003 07:45:

*note: mark remains about 6 months behind everyone else*

M.I.D.O.R. & Six4Eight - Cloud City

This is the best trance track I've heard all year. Driving bassline, euphoric melody, hands-in-the-air breakdown, and a Solarcoaster (Midway Remix) electronic sample that just does it for me every time.

/me dies
