damn im desperate to figure this out..i think we should all keep this at the top of the thread pile..it needs to stay!
i havent read all 15 pages :P but i have noticed minimalistix mentioned alot. Why not try sending them the sample? heck ask them to spread it round! DJ's are gonna be the most likely to ID i'd think, due to their vast knowledge and experience with thousands of tracks...send the sample to any DJ's that some of the luckier TA's know :P
just a suggestion
i have an awesome clean FULL rip that im gunna send them

I must have been dead set living under a rock not having seen this thread before. The TA server sample meant nothing to me but while listening to JJ-T1's reconstruction and hearing that synth riff, what jumped out at me was Crazy Malamute - Free to Ride. I think it was UBI flat tyre mix or something like that. The one with the motor bike and has a dirty guitar as well. Certainly not the tune and the riff is different as well but hell, it sounded like a similar production. So I'm off in that direction - Crazy Malamute, UBI or whatever projects or aliases surround them. Gotta do something to help!
This is also unidentified on our JudgeJulesArchive.co.uk forums here:

- I know there's the reconstruction flying around of this unknown track, but here's some smaller, high-quality clips as well of this elusive track #21:

Clip 2: http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/...nown/id131b.mp3
