Greek Superstar Prog Masters

I didn't realize until recently how amazing some of the progressive Greek DJs are! With the likes of:

Kosmas Epsilon
Andrew K
V-Sag
DJ Leoni
G-Pal
Christian Cambas
and a few others

Check 'em out if you haven't. Impressive!....but still not quite like the Dutch

How could I forget all of them?! Sorry, the above mentioned were inspired mostly from the "Across Borders" Promo.

Jose Zamora - Transatlantic & NG - Next Room are two of my favs right now.

But Dousk may be my fav out of them all (with V-Sag and Andrew K right there too ). Dousk's remix of Tilt - Twleve is fantastic. Other fav's by Dousk:
Powerplant - Turn It To Gold (Dousk JDK Mix)
Nikola Gala - Swing 2 Harmony (Jose Zamora & Dousk Mix)
Dousk - Pa Dida
Dousk - Aeon
Christopher Lobsinger - Choose Your Weapon (Dousk 'I Choose M4' Mix)
and on and on.

The only ones from there I have actually ever heard of are Dousk, Andrew K, and Nikola Gala. I shall look into the others.

I'm still stuck at Zorba The Greek - Zorba's Dance..

Going there in September, might just as well check out whether they have something new and just as mindblowing available.

rofl , thats hilarious.

I gotta tell my best friend this, his name is Odysseus, and you can guess what his nationality is.

He's gonna be proud.

Sweden dominates house music? O_o

LORD OF BASSSSSS

Posted by vkapartz on Aug-02-2005 22:52:

ah well when greeks start dominating prog you can tell for sure that it's past its heyday. Next we dominate psy

Seriously then, apart from psy (still popular in some minorities here for, let's say peculiar reasons) trance was never really "big" in greece, in contrary to progressive house. I can't really explain it, it just happened. So now that all the prog kids have grown up it doesn't seem strange for them to produce, does it?
