Attention parents with underage children. Please look up Huffing!! I just spotted a kid no more than 10 years old carrying a can of common computer duster compressed air. I proceeded to witness him inhailing said container, which can be done to get a high similar to narcotics. This is very dangerous and our children need to be aware of this!!!

Someone broke into our apartment like ten minutes ago. David scared them off, but still... Holy shit.

Holy shit, how frightening!

I walked in on our apartment being robbed when I was 6, the guy broke our window and flew down the fire escape never to be seen again

i don't really have a whole lot of shit to do lately, so i've been staying up later and later and waking up later and later. for example, i went to bed around 9am yesterday, and woke up at like, 4 or 5pm. now it's 9am again and i'm nowhere near exhausted.

should i... stay awake and putz around some more, or try to force myself to sleep?

Make a body clock spin! Keep pushing it until you're back to a more normal routine. This is certainly easier than trying to "fix" your body clock and sleep earlier. You're just going to lie in bed and wonder why your body can't automatically shut down like your computer can

Liras right. I actually had to do that earlier this week, basically pull and all-nighter and force myself to stay up as late as I could. Back on a more normal schedule now.
