I thought 01-04 were PvD; 05-11 were TdV
12-end I have no clue.

Did you get confirmation from Paul Moss?

The first hour yes it's not PVD. If you listen to the guy on the mic, twice in the first hour he says "you're listening to the sounds of Paul Moss" after track 5 he says on the decks now ......Paul. I thought it was Tall Paul at first, but I think it might still be Paul Moss.

There is no one on the mic in the second hour and the whole tone of the set changes. It's definitely a different DJ. I think this part may be Paul Van Dyk, the Nalin & Kane tracks & remixes where definitely played by Van Dyk along with the Chakra & Ferry Corsten ones.

I should be getting the Now That's What I Call Music tape in the next few weeks. I will let you know if its anything new.

tbh 11-22 doesn't sound like PvD.
It can't be matched to confirmed sets from the same period.

Yeah you're probably right, was it you who named it PVD Vs TDV?

It was named that way when I found it back in 2001/2002 on DC++
There were a lot of fake sets out there back in those days.

Yeah I reckon Stuart Reid who did that Stars X2 mixes had this in a bundle of tapes and wrongly labeled it Paul Van Dyk on account of the MC. I'm pretty sure that the Paul Van Dyk 2000 Stars X2 mix is actually Sasha and not PVD. My only doubt is the speed at which it's played.

Not that great the first tape has a whine noise that you only notice in the quiet parts. The second is OK but it sounds like it has been recorded in mono.
